Based at Stad and from their coastal offices, Ervik Havfiske Holding AS and the companies within the Ervik Group operate. Modern fishing and fleet management require a system of administration, logistics, and dedicated employees, and from a state-of-the-art headquarters, they manage a global enterprise.
This involves keeping track of international and national regulations, fishing requirements, financial control, and overall operations. For centuries, the people of Stad have been fishermen, always seeking new challenges. The group of Ervik companies has their office windows facing – not only towards the Stadhavet – but towards the world and global food production.
The Ervik Group is dedicated to fostering local activity. In addition to having their boats based in Stadlandet and utilizing suppliers from the area for fishing gear, fuel, bait, financing, and insurance, they have their own local companies at Stad that handle supply services, maintenance, and accounting.
